TACTAIX 360 / IMPLEMENTATION

Start with one sport. Build a repeatable programme.

Define a useful pilot with participating clubs and the responsible federation before expanding to a wider national programme.

The website presents the full product vision. Development and rollout are phased; delivered capabilities, integrations, validation requirements and timing are agreed with each client before operational use.

A PHASED START

Clear steps.
Agreed responsibilities.

  1. 01

    Agree the pilot

Choose a sport, cohort, participating clubs and the development questions to answer. Record what the demonstration includes and how acceptance will be judged.

  2. 02

    Define the assessment framework

Work with the relevant coaches and specialists on exercises, observations and comparison rules. Confirm which inputs are operational and which require restricted access.

  3. 03

    Qualify capture and evidence

Review representative, permitted footage and existing records. Check image quality, framing, identity and what can realistically be measured.

  4. 04

    Prepare access and people

Assign club, federation and national responsibilities. Agree field visibility, review ownership and the information each role needs.

  5. 05

    Run and evaluate

Walk through contribution, professional review and national oversight. Evaluate any AI assistance separately and keep unvalidated outputs out of accepted evidence.

  6. 06

    Expand by agreement

Add clubs and sports only after the initial workflow, support requirements and acceptance conditions are understood.

WHO DOES WHAT

Make ownership visible.

Clubs and coaches

Contribute evidence, provide context and review athlete development.

Federations and specialists

Define sport-specific standards, review quality and manage their programme.

National Olympic Committee

Oversee agreed programme coverage and development priorities across sports.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before you begin.

Do all sports use the same score?

No universal cross-sport talent score is proposed. Assessment and comparison need sport-specific evidence and professional judgement.

Must we replace existing systems?

Existing records and capture methods should be assessed first. Imports or integrations are scoped explicitly; no automatic integration is promised.

Is medical information visible nationally?

Not by default. Role and field permissions must be agreed before any relevant data is introduced. Pilot demonstrations use synthetic sensitive information.

When can we start?

Start with a scoping conversation. Timing, working features, validation and participation are agreed for a specific pilot; the website is not a launch-date commitment.

YOUR ORGANISATION / YOUR SCOPE
